A: Hi,I have had the DX100 for about 2 months and it has performed flawlessly. I purchased it new and am not aware of any newer version. I wish there was a larger format available, but if you can use up to 8 wide it is ideal and reasonably economical. I have used one full roll of 8 paper for about 200 pictures and the ink has been used to only about the 30% rate, except for black - maybe 40%.Hope it helps.Jerry

A: The big variable in ink usage is if the image has a lot of red or black it uses different amounts of ink. The cost per print for the paper only is about 0.09 cents per 4x6.

A: It should come with Startup KIT like INK and PAPER but surprise it was not in the packagebut it came with a full INK set of ink and the paper (Special promotional deal from FUJI)

A: No, this would not be able to print passport photos.

A: It has watermarked with the Fuji logo. It is about 10 mil, which is the thickness of a premium glossy photo paper , like Epson's.

Q: 7. can we carry this product by airplane ?

A: I would not suggest that, as this (the printer alone( borders the weight and detentions of the max size you can bring on an airplane.

A: I believe the durability and quality are good. My prints come out sharp and crystal clear. I am very pleased with this paper and the Fuji DX100 printer.

Q: 9. Question for those who have had Head Clogging problems: How often do you print or how long between uses? My Epson R1900 & R1400 both suffer from the same issue and I'm looking for insight BEFORE I buy this FUJI.
