Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Why isn't Tmax developer recommended for use with sheet film? I have used it to develop Tmax sheet film (using trays) in the past and have not had any discernible issues.

A: Kodak cautions against using T-Max developer with sheet film, because of the risk of dichroic fog.

Q: 2. What changed with respect with the older version? What chemicals?

A: There was no change to the chemistry. It was just an internal part number change from Kodak.

Q: 3. Sorry for such a dumb question, its been ages since I've used this format. How many frames is standard per 120 roll?

A: The number of shots per roll depends on the particular format of the camera being used. 645 cameras can get on average about 15-16 shots depending on the model. 6x6 cameras can get 12 or 13 and 6x7 cameras can get 10 shots per roll.

Q: 4. Is this an alternate for a Celestron Polar Axis Finderscope #94221? Am looking to use with a CG-4 Eq mount #91510.

A: Unfortunately this is the only model that will work with the CG-4. My apologies.

Q: 5. Where can I find replacement blades for the Carl Green 18" rotary cutter?

A: The Carl #K-28/2 Straight Cut Blade (2 Pieces), B&H # CAK282 • MFR # CUI14028, would be the correct replacement blades compatible for use with the Carl Green Machine Professional Rotary Trimmer (18" Cut Length) listed above.

Q: 6. Will this cut one or two sheets of copy paper, or it it only intended for thick materials?

A: The Carl Green Machine Professional Rotary Trimmer can cut two sheets of copy paper.

Q: 7. Can you take out the Center Coulmn on this model? On the FotoPro website it says that you can, but it is not listed as a feature here.

A: Yes. the center column on the Fotopro T-Roc MAX Professional Tripod can be take out.

Q: 8. Will this work with wireless dmx modules? They tend to have 1 transmitter and multiple receivers.

A: The SDC12 can work with wireless DMX modules.

Q: 9. I bought several rolls of 100 & 400 Tmax film and I just learned that they are part of some lots that have been declared defective. Can we get an exchange for this rolls? It has been very frustrating because we have spent a lot of time taking pictures that are spoiled because of this defect.

A: I had similar problems with a 5-pack of Tmax 400 120. The film had frame numbers exposed on it throughout the rolls. Mustve been irradiated or heat damaged. By the time I had figured out it was the film and not me I had shot three rolls. Unfortunately, the remaining two were mixed in with another pack of film so I had to discard them all. Too much effort and travel involved to risk ruined exposures. If Id known others had experienced similar problems I wouldve reached out to BH for some sort of compensation.

Q: 10. Why does this film not ship free to Canada on orders over $99? All other 120 Kodak films are eligible for this offer.
