The connectors support 75-ohm cables, which is ideal for flawless signal transfer over long cable runs.

Creating your own custom cabling for professional high-bandwidth video interconnects, the CON-BNC-1694A connectors are made specifically for Belden's 1694A coaxial RG-6 cable.

Use these connectors whether you're wiring for an analog signal, like an RF antenna, or a digital signal like AES, MADI, or SDI video.

These connectors are so easy to attach that all you need is a crimping tool in your gear bag. In case of a cable break or tear, you can install new connectors in no time without interrupting your workflow.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How much does it lag from live-view?

A: I have used it for more live video type applications and haven't seen any lag in video. What was in my viewfinder on the camera seemed identical to what I was seeing on the FieldVision.

Q: 2. How long does a fully charged battery power this monitor for?

A: It depends on the battery's capacity. The Elvid Fieldvision Monitor has an 8W power consumption.

Q: 3. How do I flip the image (horizontal and/or vertical)?

A: In the menu, select Image Flip to flip the display horizontally, vertically, or both.

Q: 4. Does this have a false color display option?

A: Yes, the Elvid 7" 4K On-Camera Monitor does have a False Color function.

Q: 5. As I can see on the picture, it is not a rca cable input but a 3.5 mm jack input... What cable I need to be able to use it whit a Sony Ex1?Thank you!

A: The audio output is a headphone jack. But the video input is HDMI

Q: 6. Would this work with a dummy battery that you could use dtap to run power?

A: Ive never tried; im afraid I cant help you

Q: 7. Would this be a better option to use as a live view for focusing aid instead of the on camera screen?

A: That depends, I think, on the size and quality of your on-camera screen. I have this monitor and it does display 4K very nicely. The picture is quite sharp and the colors look good. It also has focus peaking which shows you what's in focus. The hood is nice as well, as it can block direct sunlight onto the screen making the picture easier to see, perhaps, than on your on-camera screen. Depending on your camera, too, you can have all your settings information on the camera's screen and a clean HDMI output on the Elvid. Best of both worlds!

Q: 8. Does this work with Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2?

A: It does not as the Ursa Mini Pro only offers an SDI output, it does not have HDMI for monitoring.

Q: 9. Can anyone confirm that this monitor does indeed accept DCI 4K input? It looks identical to the FeelWorld FW760 7 On-Camera LCD Monitor and a reviewer of that monitor says the FeelWorld does not work with DCI 4K input.

A: yes it's working i'm useing it with my panasonic ag- dvx200 so far it's been great thank hope to see you guys soon GOD BLESS

Q: 10. Is there any issue with this monitor being used with a Sony A7R 111?

A: We are not aware of any issues when using this monitor with the A7RIII. This kit even includes the proper Micro HDMI to HDMI cable.

This LCD viewfinder produced exactly what was expected. Magnified view of my LCD with a clear image. The neck strap offered easy carrying, and the magnetic strip is strong, but not too strong.

I did not know the lens snaps off so that half of this unit then acts like a sun shield. I love that surprise! The whole unit is well made and works great. I am even using it right now as a 35mm slide viewer on my light table. Surprise #2.

The viewfinder has a 3x magnifier that allows you to fine-tune focusing when you're using Live View. It's particularly useful for Marco work, but it would be helpful for astrophotography as well. The magnifier detaches from the base and leave a useful shield that helps you see the LCD in very bright light. The base attaches via a magnetic strip that's attached via an adhesive to the LCD, and it fit the 3 LCD on my Sony Alpha services camera just fine. Th viewfinder is made from lightweight plastic so it needs to be treated with a moderate amount of care.
