This Milos Swivel Truss Coupler Set is designed for joining truss systems or pipes with an approximate 2" outer diameter. The set allows the clamps to rotate 360° and has two bolts that tighten down via wing nuts.

Q: 1. Can this clamp expand to fit over a 2 1/4” dia. pipe?

A: All of our clamp are designed around a 2" diameter tube. Since 2-1/4" diameters are not common in the trussing industry, I cannot confirm the fit.

A: From what I saw in the installation video, it looks like it needs to be mounted on a wall like you would a doorbell or other WIFI video doorbells.

A: Yes, the screen is meant to be connected to a power supply in order for it to power up and work.

Q: 4. Is this clamp compatible with 1.5" speed rail?

A: No the Global Truss Heavy Duty Dual Swivel Clamp for 50mm Tubing is suited for 2" rail.

Q: 5. Any suggestions on what to do with the foam windscreens once we put the mics in these cases?

A: You would want to get a separate pouch to carry the windscreens in, such as this B&H # AUWMC100.

Q: 6. Can it lock to connect two parallel pipes?

A: Yes, this is for attaching pipes that are perpendicular/right angle or parallel to each other.

Q: 7. Will this set also come in the shorter version for indoor/cardioid mics?

Q: 8. Do I need to buy corners and connectors separately or are they included?

A: This is a full kit with the assembly materials.

Q: 9. Will this secure pipes smaller than 2" (ie. 1&3/4")?

A: Pipes that are smaller than 1.75 inches will not be tight in the Global Truss Heavy Duty Dual Swivel Clamp for 50mm Tubing.
