A: The Ikelite Sony A7IV pictured here does not come with the required domes/ports. For typical use, you would purchase the dome/port that matches the lens you plan on using. A: SmallRig Baseplate for Sony a7 IV has a safety pin that only aligns with the Sony A7 IV mirrorless camera to prevent any twisting on the plate. The Sony A7 III can also be attach to this plate but is not a precise fit, however you will have access to pop the battery in and out.

A: Yup! I was fairly certain it would fit (since the IV and V share a vertical grip), so I went ahead and ordered it. I was surprised since it actually fits better than the Sony vertical grip does. Feels natural on the camera, and the battery door opens fine.

Q: 8. Does the bracket allow for full rotation of the flip-out screen on my a7IV without having to half open the screen?

A: Unfortunately, the Sunwayfoto Custom L-Bracket for Sony a7R V and a7R IV with Battery Grip does not allow the full rotation of the LCD on the Sony A7iv. You need to keep the LCD closed onto the camera body.
