This laptop stand is very stable. It is well made. Looks like it cost way more. I bought to use with my bike trainer, works very well. At first I was skeptical but was surprise how versatile it is. When in my office I use to hold my Logitech Craft keyboard and Logitech MX Master 2S. When on my garage the stand holds my heavy and old HP Envy 17 Laptop. Worth every penny! 5

Sometimes we try and over complicate our decisions. Stop DIYing musical stands into laptop stands hehe. This will do the job of holding your computer without breaking a sweat. It arrives well packaged like all items from B&H. Fantastic value that should last you your career! 5

The stand seems very heavy duty and durable, but the table top is thin metal and the corner was bent in when I received it. It's the corner that's looks like it has an opening for a cable, so it's not as strong there. Still not a big enough of a dealbreaker for me to have returned it. 5

I am actually writing this review with a computer on top of the stand as a type. It is very solid, build quality and I am impressed. We have placed a large MacBook Pro on it with no problems. Note, the attached table does have to be completely removed in order to fold up the stand, and it will hold things like a few papers And maybe a drink but it is not as sturdy as the top 5
