Connect your FlexTally system with your video switcher using this FlexTally GPIO/USB Converter from Cervero. The converter features a DB-15 GPIO cable that plugs into the FlexTally station for connection to the tally lamps. The converter box features micro-USB and USB Type-A ports to connect to your switcher. The converter supports Roland V-8HD, V-1HD, V-1SDI, and Lumantek ez-Pro VS4 video switchers. A micro-USB cable is included with the converter.

Q: 3. What is the range on the wireless? Line of sight only?

A: According to Cerevo the wireless connection uses the 433MHz band, which is resistant to obstacles and interference from other wireless signals. It is not just a direct line of sight and it has a range up to 100m or 328 feet.

Q: 4. Can the base unit powered via PoE?

A: The Cerevo FlexTally Wireless Tally Lamp System's Station Unit, is powered by an included AC power supply. Unfortunately, there are no POE power solutions for this unit, at this time.

Q: 5. I see it works with ATEM mini pro. Is it safe to assume it works with Mini Extreme?

A: Yes, Both the Atem Mini and the Extreme switcher models from Black Magic would support the Cerevo FlexTally Wireless Tally Lamp System.

Q: 6. Will this work on a Roland V1-HD/V-8HD using the X-Keys USB-GPIO converter (since B&H carries that one as a special order but not the Cerevo one)?

A: If the switcher has tally capabilities, you can integrate the Cerevo FlexTally Wireless Tally Lamp System.

Q: 8. Are the tally light boxes PoE?

A: No they are not.

Q: 9. Can you turn the green tally (preview) function off? I just want a on air red tally.

A: Unfortunately that is not an option, but I found this from the FlexTally "Some switchers do not have a preview (stand-by) output. For example, LiveWedge does not illuminate green because there is no preview output. Also some switchers have a preview output but don’t have a GPIO preview output. Please check the switcher’s manual accordingly.", if your switcher applies, read user manual.

Varizoom Mini Audio/Video to Lanc Converter Cable to connect with a consumer Sony HDR-CX360 video camera and to use specifically with purchased Manfrotto RC Pan Bar EX Remote Control for LANC Cameras comes mounted with a standard pan bar and is compatible with LANC (Sony and Canon) cameras. The external remote variable speed zoom control mounted on a tripod. The more you turn the the zoom(focus) control the faster the zoom will go. Works zooming in or out with a great deal of control. There is a separate knob that works as a speed limiter. The camera was not on the list of cameras, all functions WORKED, worked well and with great operator control for the zoom. I believe my camera does not have a remote focus, therefor not checked for this function. Item used for capturing automotive race action. No negatives as far as operation. Items packed well, timely shipping. 5

I had an old but still good Sony CX760 AVCHD camcorder which I was going to give to my son. One issue was that he wanted a zoom controller he could mount anywhere, and I had a collection of LANC zoom controllers from which I could give him but the camcorder had a proprietary connector. This part worked perfectly in translating all the available LANC type remote commands to the camcorder, and it was an easy plug and play fix and affordable to give new life to older but usable gear, and my son was happy! 5
