A: It doesn't work with phantom power. It takes a 9v battery in the base and needs the battery in order to operate. There is an audible click/pop when the switch is pushed (the volume of which is moderate - neither particularly loud or soft).

A: Yes. These two items are compatible. Be aware of the microphone and shock-mount weight.

Q: 4. A threaded washer is not included for the 5/8" bolt. How can I obtain one?

A: We do not have the knerled nuts sold on their own, however they are not aboslutely necesary to mount your mic clip.

A: For best results with the Pyle Pro PDMIKC5 and similar mics, it would be recommended to be positioned no more than a foot or so from the capsule of the mic.

A: The headphone hanger portion of the K&M 16085 Table Clamp Headphone Holder attaches to the clamp via a small plate and screw and therefore would likely have trouble attaching to a C-stand in the same manner. The entire holder could likely be attached to a C-stand by using the clamp, however.

Q: 9. Is the weight correct for this stand? It currently says 12.1 lbs, but the package weight is much less.

A: According to K&M, the mic stand weighs 12.159 lbs.

Q: 10. does this stand support the sony X900F 55" smart tv ?

A: The SPMTRIE is designed to work with all of Sony's PFM and FWD professional plasma displays. It is not designed for use with Sony's current televisions.
