A: Due to safety reasons we do not recommend using the SmallRig Universal Tripod Dolly with the Avenger Turtle Base C-Stand. The solution for adding wheels to C-stand is the Kupo Runway Stand Base.

A: I'm sure it could work, but personally, I wouldnt recommend it. I think a top heavy light stand rolling around probably isn't the best idea. Keep a sand bag on it. Unless your planning on moving a light during a scene (there are better options for), I wouldn't risk rolling around a light weight light stand on this dolly. If the lights you're using are so heavy that you don't want to pick up your stand to move it, you need something a bit stronger that this dolly.
