Q: 1. Will this work for a black magic 4k with rig?

A: Yes, but I would not recommend it, this tripod has a ball head and is not meant for video shooting. A pan tilt head is what should be use for video. Click the link below to view a better choice; https://bhpho.to/3fngugj

Q: 10. Will it hold a heavier pro camera?

A: This mount is intended for small size cameras. GoPros and other lightweight cameras would be perfect for it. I would refrain from using any camera heavier than a point-and-shoot on this device. We do offer ball head mount that would accommodate heavier payloads.

It does everything I ask it to. It has trouble holding a big lens, and the locking knobs are small so they are a little hard to grip, but those are my only complaints.

This was for a vintage tripod I had to repair. (Machined a new bolt and everything....) Works just fine and looks good, too.
This is a surprisingly nice little ball head. It feels well made, and the screw knobs are comfortable to grip. It pans nicely, and the ball locks down firmly. The plate also allows a few cm of slide forward and back. The level on the plate knob is a good idea, going to have to test that on uneven setups eventually.
My ONLY complaint is that the mark for rotation angle is on the back side, for me, if the knobs are on my side of the head. Not worth making a fuss, but it would be better placed on the other side.
Overall, I recommend it.
