After I washed a battery with my jacket, I needed a better option than just using my jacket pockets to keep my batteries during a shoot. I found this little nugget of an idea and it's worked great! The two pouches can snap back to back around any strap, so I keep them on my bag. If you need to go with less gear, you can slip them on your belt as each has it's own belt loop on back. They're the perfect size to hold the LP-E6 batteries I use, or you can even use them for AA or AAA batteries inserted vertically. The velcro is easy to access with one hand, so battery changes are quick and easy. 5

Just the right size to hold the Sony NP-BX1 battery and the plastic cover. It is dual but I am glad you can separate the holder's to be individual containers, this helps them fit in the camera case side pocket more snugly. 5

NB-10L battery packs store easily and pouches offer good protection. Like the belt loop. 5

This is a nice item to keep extra batteries from banging against each other while in a camera bag. My Canon LP-E6 battery fits like a glove. While not important, the battery contact cover will not fit in the pouch. Since the pouch provides contact insulation, the plastic cover is not required. 5
