Basic setup; which I feel should be included with the purchase of a new computer, is classified as "Premium Support" by Lenovo. I do have a work-around for my specific issue. I am using a Free program called AutoHotkey, with a simple script to swap the WheelUp and WheelDown actions. Not a perfect solution, but gets me the function I want and is way better than nothing.
