My card failed after about 8 months of perfect service in my Z 8. I contacted Delkin customer service for advice, not asking for warranty merely for ideas of what had happened. They responded the next day and shipped me a new card and included a prepaid shipping envelope for the return of the card that failed. They have a customer for life!

I've used Delikin Power cards in my Nikon Z9 for the last 6 months, but wanted to upgrade a bit and added a Black to my camera as the primary.

The Black runs faster, cooler and transfers more consistently than the Power series. The Power cards captured fine, but I felt they fell a little short on the output dump of photos in the studio.

I now run the Delkin Black exclusively as the primary and the Power as a second overflow for sports / action shooting at high frame rates. When shooting studio, portrait, and landscape shoots, I use the Power in slot 2 for redundancy dual write for security.

My Z9 absolutely loves the Delkins. I just shot a soccer game over the weekend and logged over 6800 shots in 90 minutes all at 20FPS full RAW (*Efficiency) in the Z9. The Black never even flinched. No buffer run-out, no waiting, no delay. I could hold down the shutter for as long as I wanted and focus on the shot. It never even crossed my mind whether the Z9 or the Delkin Black could keep up - they just did. It's all a pro could ask for.

Will likely offload the Power to another body and add a second Black to the Z9 - it's that good.

I use the Delkin Black for high speed with the Z9 but most of my photography does not demand that fast speed so these are great.
