Q: 1. Will this strap hold a NikonD500 with a Sigma 150-600 lens? Total weight is just over 6 lbs. Should the strap be attached to the tripod collar on the lens or the camera base?

A: It works quite well. and you willl have no trouble with the strap. The strap will be attached to the base of the camera (the screw mounting is included).

Q: 2. For anyone with experience using this case as a carry-on for a flight, do you need to take everything out of the case to send through security? Or will they allow everything to remain contained?

A: No when you go through security, I have never had to take everything out of the case and send them through individually. They may ask to open it up after scan to look inside, but I have never had them ask to take everything out individually for the scan.

Q: 3. Di I need a special adapter to use this strap with a Manfroto tripod acra quick release?

A: Our Tripod Plate 50 and 70 are compatible with most Arca Swiss Plates and would be needed to use with the camera and tripod at the same time.

Q: 4. Whats the Difference between this and the Sports Breathe version?

A: The Curve Breathe is for mirrorless and small DSLRs. BlackRapid Curve Breathe Camera Strap B&H # BL361007 . The Sport Breathe is for medium to large DSLR's. BlackRapid Sport Breathe Camera Strap B&H # BL361005. The BlackRapid Curve Bundle Curve and Extra FR-5 Original Series (Black) B&H # BL481005 is the same as the Curve but includes an extra FR-5 fastener.

A: The foam under the top lid of the 1510TP is the standard foam included with Pelican cases along with the included TrekPak inserts.
