Designed for SD devices that can capture Full HD, 3D, and 4K video, as well as raw and burst photography, the 64GB Extreme PRO UHS-I SDXC Memory Card from SanDisk has a capacity of 64GB, is compatible with the UHS-I bus, and features a speed class rating of V30, which guarantees minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. If your device does not support the V30 standard, this card also supports the U3 standard, which likewise guarantees minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. Read speeds are supported up to 200 MB/s and write speeds max out at 90 MB/s. A built-in write-protect switch helps to safeguard against the accidental erasure of card data.

While this card has been designed for cameras that are UHS-I / V30 / U3 compatible, it may be used in devices that do not support UHS-I / V30 / U3. However, bear in mind that this card will then default to your device's speed class and bus rating, such as UHS-I and U1, which supports minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s, or Class 10, which also supports minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s.

As with most SanDisk cards, this memory card is shockproof, X-ray proof, waterproof, while also being able to withstand temperatures from -13 to 185°F, allowing you to take this card with you into extreme environments, such as snow, deserts, and pools. Should the card's data become compromised, you also benefit from the option to download RescuePRO Deluxe software as well as a limited lifetime warranty.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Does anyone miss out on not having IBIS?

A: Image stabilization is not required for all photos. The general rule of thumb is the shutter speed should be as fast or faster than the focal length of the lens. In other words, when using a 60mm lens, the shutter speed should be about 1/60th of a second or faster in order to prevent camera shake blur. Using a camera or lens with image stabilization can allow you to use a shutter speed about 3-5 stops slower than recommended and still prevent camera shake blur. However, slow shutter speeds can results in subject motion blur. The image stabilization of a lens or camera will not prevent blur of a track runner or bird in flight but a faster shutter speed can.

I upgraded from an X-T30 body to the X-T5. I was already a Fuji devotee, based in large part on the film simulations and capacity for amazing SOOC shots. It's obviously never really about the megapixel rating, but I can say that I am getting cleaner, crisper shots out of this than my last Fuji (which was itself quite impressive!)

I shoot nature, landscape, and fine art/abstract in the studio (my basement, TBH). The IBIS is great for getting longer exposures out in the woods where carrying around a tripod isn't great.

Autofocus isn't the fastest thing in the world, and if I were shooting a lot of sports or birds, that could be a drawback.

I've played briefly with the Pixel Shift Multi Shot, which isn't exactly as easy and seamless as it might seem. Still, it yields impressive don't really need a medium format kind of images when I can get it to combine without throwing errors.

Top quality modern technology in a classic style body. Love the old-school controls.

This is the camera (and the system) to buy if you love a traditional, intuitive, simple interface. It provides direct access to the essentials via mechanical dials and switches. Yes, endless menu options are there if you want them. But the basics are right in front of you all the time. Shutter feel and handling are excellent. It's compact and solid. The sliver finish is lovely, especially when paired with the little 'Fujicron' silver prime lenses.
Image quality is excellent, printable up to ~20 x 30 easily. To get anything better you'll have to spend twice as much for a full frame camera, and you'll lose the lovely ergonomics and simplicity. Image stabilization is very good, as is autofocus.

I love this camera and it’s a good utility lens. I do a lot of plant, wildlife, and landscape photography. I have been having a blast exploring everything this camera can do. Just came back from a week hiking Joshua Tree National Park - it held up well to the environment. Was able to focus in on cacti blooms and take wide vista shots of the Joshua tree forest with this lens.

I've been shooting Fuji for about 4 years coming from Canon full frame.
Started with an X-E3 & have owned X-T3 & 4. The flip screen on the X-T4 I hated so when the 5 came out I jumped on it.
What a great camera. Don't be mislead by some of the neg reviews as this camera can do it all. I took it on a trip to Ireland last month after owning it for only a month. The shooting light was terrible, serious haze and total grey skies. With the Sigma 18-50 & a good polarizer and shooting in raw, I was able to extract great detail from most of my images. The 40mp sensor allows one to crop a lot and not lose much in detail or sharpness.
For those who have heard that LR doesn't process Fuji files well, rest assured, they have upgraded their software and all of the previous issues with LR have been resolved.
If you are on the fence about purchasing this camera, don't be.
It is a beast.

This is definitely a welcome improvement for me. In the hand, it feels almost identical to the older camera, except for an improved grip. But inside, the features very improved, and I'm loving it.

Built like a tank and has tactile feel of my old Pentax ME Super or K1000. This camera has brought the fun back - I'm shooting 100% manual mode - everything.

I also am shooting RAW + Jpeg
