By no means a technologist but the mid and upper mid range frequencies I find accentuated.  Highly beneficial for silent practice (keyboard/guitar/bass), drum machine programming and DAW recording.  I can operate with relatively low volumes and minimize fatigue.

Sony MDR-7506 are the headphones I've been using for almost 20 years now, but the Senal SMH-1000 headphones come pretty close at a much better price. I also like the fact that the cord is removable, which makes things more compact when packing up for a location shoot.

The Senal SMH-1000 headphones are a great addition to my HDSLR sound kit. Things are Very clear in the mid to high tones! Windnoise & adlibs I notice now that before were drowned out by pronounced low-end in my previous headphones. There is still enough bass for heavy songs to enjoy on my phone. The build quality is professional & listening comfort is still great after the first hour! The gold cable connectors snap into place. The replaceable 3ft & 10ft coiled cables are a great feature not found on the Sony in this price range.

My use for the SMH-1000 Senal Headphones is at my field production. They are comfortable, adjustable, and sound fairly neutral. The detachable cable is very Comfort Thay gives me clear sound over entire frequency range with no boost enhancement. I would recommend this product

I decided to buy these after seeing it on sale for half off. The design is very close to the Sony MDR V6, but the ear pads don’t fit over my whole ears like the MDRs. The build feels premium. Out of the box the sound quality is reasonable. I didnt need to break them in. Its great for watching movies and listening to music. I even use it while sleeping. I can tell the sound quality difference when comparing it to my ATH-M50x and Sony MDR V6. The SMH-1000 doesn’t sound as open, unless you turn up the volume all the way. For the price I got them for I can’t complain. They are much better than any other mid-range brands.

Great sound, feels a bit tight on ear. Provided straight cable is too short, coiled cable is perfect.

We produce a talevision cooking showw weekly and during the production unwanted of sound clutter bacame a problem, particularly when inwanted sound could not be edited out. This headphone has picted up unwanted lutter in real time so that adjusmnts could be made at the point of recording. The sound quality and the capacity to indentify unwanted clutter is time saving, cost containment against reshooting after the fact is fantastic. This is an invaluable piece of equipment.
