The bottom thread or screw insert can also accommodate an optional counterweight plate.

The stick itself can support up to 330 lb and when mounted via a screw is supported up to 110 lb. There is a 3/8"-16 thread on one end and a 1/4"-20 thread on the other, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 converter bushings are also included to convert either end.
