My favorite paper to print on is Ultra Premium Matte. I usually print in color. Recently, I scanned an anniversary party picture for an older friend from Britain of her parents at some posh spot dining to mark their 25th year together. Not that much later, he died early in his 40's. She has had the negative, which I scanned using my Epson V330 scanner; after putting the black and white scan in IPhoto for a tune up, I printed the image on my Epson R2880. My friend is very pleased with the resulting print which is large enough to frame. If we choose, I can rescan or further tune up the scanned results and even make a larger print thanks to the R2880's capacity for large sheets or rolls. I did this as a favor for a friend; I like to do professional quality work to please my best friends. 5

Always sent work out, but since I picked up the Epson R2880 - I have been printing out my orders in house. TheUltraChrome K3 Inks from Epson have been great in reproducing the colors that it is very hard to tell which came from the lab and what I just printed out. 5

Can't go wrong with Epson! I've tried other printers but keep coming back to Epson products. Won't be changing ever again. Wish ink wasn't so expensive but as they say the printer is the cheapest part 5
