A: TG-4 manual says 5hrs, presumably if fully discharged, when charging in camera (USB cord plugged into camera). If I recall correctly using an external charger (Watson charger) is somewhat faster maybe ca. 3hrs. I will note that all lithium ion batteries share the same characteristic - they hold a charge very well but when they run out of charge it is right now so I always carry a spare fully charged battery.
