The 67mm Magnetic Quick-Swap System Glow Mist 1/2 Camera Filter screws onto lenses with a 67mm filter thread and accepts filters from Freewell's Magnetic Filter System. The optional filters can magnetically be swapped in and out.

Installation is simple; no more threading. You can now switch your filter in two to three seconds with the quick-swap magnetic system.

The Glow Mist 1/2 Density Filter highlight flares are controlled adding a soft light pastel effect.

Made of high-definition premium optical glass, it is double-sided and multicoated, with zero chromatic aberration (color shift).

Each side of the glass element is waterproof, dustproof, scratch resistant, and oilproof to make sure you are ready for all the elements.

A: Yes. The mounting ring remains screwed into the filter threads of the lens. The hood snaps on and off the mounting ring and can be oriented either outward for use or inward for storage. The only thing that might prevent it would be if the outside diameter of the lens is larger than the hood. That would be a lens problem not the hood...it is reversible.

Works perfectly with my Canon camera and lens as noted in title. No vignetting at full-wide. UV filter installed between lens and hood. I tried UV filters with thinner and thicker rings, and didn't notice any difference. Also seems very well-constructed. NOTE: You might be tempted to mount the filter intuitively, with the wide ears to the left and right side, viewed when holding the camera level. This is very wrong. Those ears should be at top and bottom! At full-wide, you WILL see the edges of the hood if it's positioned incorrectly. At longer focal lengths, however, you can rotate the hood any way you want. I like that the filter is in two pieces; a ring that screws onto the lens or filter, and the snap-on hood. The hood can be removed and reversed for storage by squeezing those wide ears towards the center of the lens and slipping the filter off. Functions very well. 5

I now have these hoods in 3 sizes and prefer them over the Canon bayonet style on my lenses. These are a bit more compact than the Canon hoods and take up less space in my bag. They are also reversible when not in use. 5

By far, the Sensei hood is the easiest hood to slip on and off my lens. Once the ring is in place, I can clip my filter on and off without affecting my filter as my old hood did. It is a breeze to install, and the hood clips off and on with ease. I also like the ability to reverse the hood for storage. 5
