This does great outdoors and paired with the right modifier you'll be in good shape! The life of the battery is awesome! Caution, the lamp mode will drain the battery faster but that should go without saying. The roundhead kit is nice, although I wish there were more color gels to choose from. The use of the magnets are great! It takes some great effort to take it off from the round head, so I don't worry about the modifiers falling off. 5

Ive been using canon for years had to change eco systems, glad I also did in the flash department! before I thought more power was better or bigger is better, now I love how little power goes a long way! with the smaller design I can throw it in my bag and go. BRAVO. I will buy another... but when? 5

If you are looking for something portable and with more output than a speed light, you can't do better than the AD200pro. The battery is excellent...the changeable heads are great. All around, very happy with this unit. 5

I've had this on my wish list forever, but caught a price drop that made it irresistable. I'm converting over from using all flashes in my softboxes and this is going to be the portable piece of kit that goes in my bag while the big lights I'm graduating to get left at the studio. I'm glad I made the switch! 5

The versatility of the Godox AD200Pro is INCREDIBLE. First off, it is portable with long-lasting battery power. The bare tube, common flash head, and adapters for the bare tube make this an all-in-one must-have for serious location photographers, where no power supply is available unless you bring a generator. 5

This is my 3rd AD-200 and my first in the Pro series. I like the new recessed back panel and the power switch being by itself on the side. Great light from a small (but dense) package! 5

This is my second set of 2. I love these things as for portability. So if your a wedding photographer, these are the way to go. You can pack your camera bag light. I have 4 - Ad200pros, 2 - v860ii's and 2 - V1's for my Nikon D-750's. I leave my Ad400pros at home on wedding days. Love the Godox system. 5
