[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV mount was a great addition to my game/exercise room. Being able to mount my TV from the ceiling with the ability to flip up and down has made my limited space a lot more usable. It comes with easy to read instructions, but you will definitely want some help to install as I found it to be a two person job. Also when choosing where to place you mount in the ceiling, make sure to measure out enough space for it to flip up and down. Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend to others. 5

It was very easy for me to set it up with the help of my husband. It came with the hardware necessary for easy installation. I like the fact that it allows me easy Tv mounting and swiveling and to fold it away and lock it securely in place when not in use. Would highly recommend it. 5
