Yes - some files are finicky - our solution, pipeline everything through Adobe Encoder with their "Adobe Stock" preset - this makes them a flavor of ProRes (even up to 4k/59.94p) that the player is really happy with. I can't put my finger on it, because we can export the SAME thing from Premiere, Avid Media Composer, etc., but a finalo pass in Encoder standardizes the files just right for us.
