Twist or clamp; that is the external question. In the end it is a matter of personal preference. I find that pros tend to go with the twist. Today's twist locks are very quick, usually 1/2 turn or so and are not significantly slower than clamp locks. I also find that clamp levers get caught on every strap within a 10' radius. Miller is one of the high quality brands so you will find working with any of their products a pleasure.
