The Fluid 7 MK IV Head from Ronford-Baker is a fluid-cushioned free head designed for use with heavier cinema or video/EFP cameras. Two sealed fluid units allow varied control through seven stages, employing three on/off levers.

Depending on the length of your camera and lens, you can control pan and tilt actions to 360° and use the head with a wide variety of platform widths, employing different quick-change spacing blocks and riser plates. The height of the platform is adjustable to suit the camera's center of gravity. A pan bar is included with the head, along with quick-change risers and pan and tilt adapters inside a rigid aluminum case.

A: If you're referring to the prime Nikon 2.8 400 lens, it weighs in at 8.5 pounds which is well within the 25-pound rating for the JOB HD4 with camera and TC attached.
