A: These aren't meant for photo archival. Use these to display pictures you just want to enjoy.

A: Yes, the back is a standard postcard. I also used my printer set to 4x6 and printed a little statement on the top left of the back telling where I took the photo I used. Really fun to play with. Been sending to my grandkids and they are amazed to discover themselves on a postcard!
