Musicians and producers looking for a true stereo digital reverb pedal will be impressed with the Dreadbox DARKNESS, a highly flexible reverb that can create small and smooth reflections to huge shimmering and endless reverbs. Designed in collaboration with Sinevibes, DARKNESS combines two versatile and flexible algorithms into a single open architecture formula that sounds stellar on any audio signal including guitars, keyboards, vocals, drums, and more.

Technically, DARKNESS is a granular pitch shifter followed by the famous large reverb found on the Typhon synthesizer and finally ending with a gate generator. There is also a micro-looper that can hold up to 150ms of audio signal to create a freeze effect.
