A: No the BirdDog PLAY 4K NDI Player will not automatically pick a source on boot up, it will display a list of the sources and you will have to select the one you want.

Q: 2. Does an NDI source have to be selected at startup or can it autoplay the previously selected source?

A: The unit has an Automatic Source Detection function that automatically scans your network for NDI sources and brings them up with a thumbnail view. Thus, any NDI source that had been established will automatically be found first.

Q: 3. Does this work with a Bird Dog P200? I got Comms Lite to work with a Flex 4K IN but not a P200.

A: Yes, this will work with BirdDog P200.

Q: 4. How does one select the NDI source using a non touchscreen monitor?
