A: The Gumdrop Cases Hideaway Case for Dell Latitude 11 5175 (Black) B&H # GUGSL115175B is only compatible with the Dell Latitude 5175. It does not work with the 5179.

Q: 2. Will this support a 28mm lens on a full frame sensor without vignetting?

A: The ikan PT3500-HB 15" High-Bright Teleprompter can be used with a full-frame camera using a 28mm lens without vignetting when the lens is as close as possible to the glass.

Q: 3. I use a Sony F5 camera with either a 50 rr 85 Zeiss lens for interviews. Will this system work with that?

A: Yes it should This teleprompter supports most camcorders and cameras. You should be able to use a Sony F5 with Zeiss lenses on this prompter.

Q: 4. Can custom images be onto the case ?

A: B&H does not offer custom image/engraving options for this case.

Q: 5. Is the monitor capable of flipping the image horizontally by itself so that I can use it with PowerPoint or Keynote from a laptop directly?

A: The flip button does not function out of the box - you need to enable it in the menu first. It took me a while to figure out why the button was not working.

Q: 6. What quick release accessory do you recommend mounting this Ikan Prompter on a tripod with Manfrotto 509HD Video Head?

A: The ikan PT3500-HB 15" High-Bright Teleprompter includes a tripod mounting plate to interface with the Manfrotto 509PLONG Quick Release Plate for 509HD Head included with the Manfrotto 509HD Professional Video Head, but if you would like a quick release system for the camera to interface from the teleprompter to the tripod head, consider the Axler QRA-501L Quick Release Assembly. Q: 7. Will this fit the Prompter People Proline PLUS 12"?

A: no it will not fit the 12" prompter, the inserts are designed for the 11" prompter.

Excellent product at a great price. Works well with DSLR's although we have also used it with small PTZ cameras for fixed shots. Paired with an HDMI monitor makes it even more functional when connecting to a PC or Mac for streaming. 5

This is a great product. I was unsure if the size was going to be large enough, but everything worked out perfectly. I have my camera around 5 feet from my client which was the distance I was hoping for. Would definitely recommend. 5
