    Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can I use "edelkrone Pan Pro" with the "edelkrone Sony NP-F Battery Bracket" ?

A: Although the Edelkrone Pan PRO comes with a Canon LP-E6 battery plate. the Edelkrone Power Module for V-Mount (or Gold Mount), could be used for additional power options. This is what Edelkrone suggests. https://bhpho.to/38R68rz

Q: 2. does the jib kit include the weights?

A: No it does not include the weights,

Q: 3. mounts onto a tripod with 3/8"-16 thread is it included ? also is the max load is mounts onto a tripod with 3/8"-16 thread is it included ?

A: This product has a 3/8"-16 thread, the tripod you use with it will supply the 3/8"-16 screw. This system has an 11 pound load capacity.

Q: 4. All these prosumer stabilizers/sliders/cranes/heads are using an app these days for remote control. Do they know it's possible to have more than one camera or combine different pieces of equipment? Why is it not MIDI or something more standard? What do you do when you have multiple pieces of equipment and want to pre-program a coordinated motion control?

A: This is the situation at this time. In time it may change.

Q: 5. Whats the difference between Headone and Pan Pro?

A: The Pan Pro supports up to 30 lb the Headone only supports up to 15 lb. The Headone can be paired with a second Headone to make a pan and tilt head (see Edelkrone Two HeadONE Units with Tilt Kit B&H # ED82467TK) The Pan Po only works on the Pan axis.

Q: 6. Just to clarify, for the vertical jib motion, 140 Seconds is the longest it can take? Not long enough for most timelapse applications.

A: That spec only applies to continuous movement. Time-lapses are not performed in a continuous move instead the jib will only move in between shots. Therefore when set up for time-lapses you can take virtually as long as you want to travel vertically or horizontally as long as the Jib-One has power.

Q: 7. does this work with head plus pro? or is it just for head one? Also, whats the camera load capacity when I use those heads?

A: This is compatible with both the HeadPLUS and HeadONE units. This has an 11 pound payload capacity. How much of a camera you can put on it will depend on the weight of the Head unit you use.

Q: 8. Is this Jib Arm compatible with the CST-100 Tripod stand?

A: The Proaim 18' Jib Arm is only compatible with the Proaim P-JS jib stand. Proaim P-JS Heavy-Duty Jib Stand BH #PRPJS • MFR #P-JS

Q: 9. What tripod heads can I use?

A: The Libec JB50 Jib Arm Kit with Tripod with Dolly features a 100mm tripod mount with a 100mm head bowl and a 75mm adapter. This would allow you to work with both 100mm and 75mm tripod heads. Example 75mm head https://bhpho.to/3G5Uq80 Example 100mm head https://bhpho.to/3eZfuRK

Q: 10. Can someone recommend a good tripod for the JibONE?

A: The Robus RC-5558 Vantage Series 3 Carbon Fiber Tripod is a great option, BH #RORC5558. https://bhpho.to/3oskAJZ
