The rolling shutter scans the sensor in only 12 ms, protecting even the quickest motions from distortion. Shooting open gate in 3:2, you'll utilize the full 8192 x 5288, 44.7-megapixel sensor for outstanding detail. Cropping to 8K 16:9 will allow you to overcrank up to 70 fps. For breathtaking slow motion, 2K/280 fps opens the door for incredible macro shots, flames that dance under a chef's pan, or wildlife documentary images.

The MAVO 8K Edge's in-camera recording of ProRes 4444 XQ enables maximum flexibility in color grading. KineLOG3, its proprietary color science, is primed for applying a 3D LUT to attain a specific aesthetic.

In darker scenes, the cleanest blacks may well come from the lower end of the 2560 high base ISO. When shooting a waterfall's mist or sculptural clouds, consider using the higher ISOs in the 640 low base to attain the maximum dynamic range in the highlights.

The motorized e-ND enables precise control over the exposure without affecting the depth of field or motion smoothness in your footage. Continuous tuning of the density from 0.6 to 2.1 translates to the ability to make detailed reductions in exposure between 2 and 7 stops. Color adjustments are automatically applied to the footage to compensate for the subtle spectrum shift caused by the e-ND.

The proprietary KineMOUNT is designed to be used with a wide range of adapters (available separately). Choose from a wide selection of lenses with these PL, LPL, active EF, and passive E mount adapters.

This body accepts plenty of power options, with mounts for V-mount or BP-U batteries, as well as a DC input and a baseplate option for UPS power from two NP-F550 via the KineKIT for MAVO Edge (available separately).

A: No, the Kinefinity MAVO mark2 6K LF Large-Format Digital Cinema Camera (No Lens Mount) does not offer internal ProRes RAW recording. The camera offers internal ProRes up to ProRes4444XQ.

This camera cube was the perfect fit. I was a little hesitant at first since my gear can be larger than most cameras and lenses but IT ALL FIT and it fit perfectly. I was able to fit my DSLR with a 24-70 plus a 16-35mm plus a flash and all my filters and camera straps plus 4 batteries and cords for power. The second build out I did was with my professional Drone and the controller plus three batteries, filters and cords. The third buildout I did was with my FPV drone, goggles, controllers, motion controller and three batteries. The easy access flap provides great access to quick shooting and storage as well! I love it! 5

It has very rigid construction for protecting sensitive camera gear, and the interior is easy to rearrange to accommodate different combinations of gear day-to-day. Mine currently holds a Nikon Z6ii body w/ 24-70mm f/4, ready to deploy through the side access, and flanked by a 70-300mm with FTZ adapter and a 105mm f/2.8 macro. There is even enough room to wedge in an SB-500 flash. Great product. 5
