A: Yes, but in your user setting you would need to flip the photo

Q: 2. Does this camera have an interface/app that allows the control to come from a computer or device connected to the network?

A: No. The following unit is not app driven but can be driven by IR remote and PTZ controller.

Q: 3. Do the Bolin PTZ cameras use UVC-PTZ?

Q: 7. Can this also be operated with a joystick?

A: Yes, the Marshall Electronics CV620-TBI 20x Tracking PTZ Camera (Black) can be operated by a joystick controller. The camera offers ONVIF, VISCA, VISCA Over IP, and PELCO D protocols. A controller example is the Marshall Electronics VS-PTC-IP IP PTZ Camera Controller. See the link below: https://bhpho.to/42hijVt

Q: 8. We are considering the CV620 for worship streaming and need to know the angle of view at both ends of the zoom range so we can design the installation locations. Can you provide this information?

A: Due to the small size of its image sensor, we could not find an FOV calculator that would give us accurate results. We would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for confirmation: support@marshall-usa.com

Q: 9. Which wall mount works for this? The $55 wall bracket accessory doesn't have this model listed. Does it have a tripod mount option, or is it desktop only?

A: The wall mount for the Avipas AV-1562 is the following mount. And the camera also has an integrated tripod screw mount for tripod mounting that comes with the camera. AViPAS Wall Mount Bracket for AV-2020 PTZ Camera (Dark Gray) BH #AVW20G https://bhpho.to/3V1YqxT

After getting a k-30 from B&H I saw what a great product it was and ordered this one for my travel tripod. Great fit and finish clamps down tight with no sag. Feel free to spend two or three times the money that the Sirui costs or buy this and use the rest to start saving for that next lens.

This ball head is extremely well made and has great support and fluidity. I use the Sirui K-20x on a Oben CT 2320 carbon fiber tripod with a Nikon d600 and a 17-35, 24-70, 28-300 among others and find the platform very stable. The head is very fluid and smooth . The adjustment knobs are solid and spot on allowing for differing tension depending on the camera set up one is using. The price can not be beat for the quality Sirui provides with this ball head. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this head & B&H is The company to purchase from.

I was looking for a good ball head that could handle a little more weight than my older manfrotto head, and after going through many reviews I decided upon this one for a good balance between function and affordability. I have used it a few times since my purchase and am completely satisfied with it's performance. My older ball head would not support my 5dmkiii in a portrait position with some of my heavier lenses. This one does it flawlessly and seems to be very solid and well built. I have even had some comments on one of the last shots that I took with this on how sharp it was. The only thing that will take a little getting used to is the switch over to the Arca style mount, but I am sure that will come in time.

Great on my mid-sized tripod. Had one that was larger, but a little overkill. This the perfect size and operates with precision.

I found this Ball Head to be extremely well designed and a great addition to my gear. I teamed this up with a T-2205x and it's perfect for my on the go photo shoots. I shoot a Nikon D750 with battery grip and the largest lens i use is a 300mm.

I highly recommend it. Before you attach it to the camera, play with the tension adjustment to get your self familiarize with the stiffnes. I am using it with my Nikon 24 - 70 f2.8 attached on a Nikon D810, without any problem. It could even carry larger lenses without any problem. I would pay little extra and get 30X model if you are not sure.

I use this for a Nikon D3200 with lenses ranging between 10mm to longest one I own at 300mm. This ball head is definitely overkill for my current arsenal, but I wanted something that would be future proof for my needs and absolutely rigid. I love all the features on this Ballhead (bubbles, safety lock on mount, tension control, separate pan knob), the look, the smoothness, and the performance reliability of it. It has not yet failed me to grip my gear solidly and to work very easily with my motions. In addition it is quite light weight for its load capacity. I am thoroughly satisfied with this Ballhead.

In short I love this ball head and totally recommend it. I previously have owned the Benro VE-1 ball head which is also a sturdy ball head but I was having issues with the friction control screw which was very easy to turn even when I was not intended to and thus changing the friction of ball head. I felt frustrated until I head to tape that friction control screw. On my recent europe trip I lost my travel tripod and Benro Ball Head so I was looking for the replacement. This ball head caught me eye which is not only slightly cheaper than Benro but can also take more load as well. Feels even more sturdier and matches with the aesthetics of my new tripod (Sirui T-2205X 5-Section Carbon Fiber) since it has black colored ball instead of striking blue. I am more happier with this ball head then my old Benro because: It can carry more weight No issue with Friction Control Screw (does not turn on it's own) Once locked there is no play It has two spirit levels Goes nicely with Sirui T-2205X 5-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod The only thing that I prefer on Benro VE-1 is the locking mechanism of the plate on the ball head.

For true panoramic use you need to add these components to your ball head: - A Panoramic Base Head Clamp (see attached link. Without this your ball head panoramic rotation is only true when your tripod is perfectly level by mean of it's leg setup. With this additional head clamp you can also do vertical panorama. - A nodal rail, so your lens is pivoting on it's nodal point.

Having just purchased a Sirui carbon fiber travel tripod I needed a good ball head to support my D800 (with MD-D12 battery pack), and the 28-300mm lens. After making the necessary tension adjustments (clear instructions age given) it is very easy to mount/dismount the camera, adjust for any angle, or pan smoothly. This is a very well constructed head that is solid, smooth and well worth the money. I would certainly not hesitate to buy it again.
