A: I am using the Slip-over cover which came with the Filter, however it is very annoying, since it falls off all the time. Please let me know if there is a suitable cover, which is held secure.

A: Hi! It'll depend on the lens actually. Not the camera. If you have the basic kit of the t5 with the 18-55 lens then yes. It will. The hood will fit any 58mm lens. In my case I also have a t5 and two lens with 58mm so it works with both lenses!

Q: 4. Is there any reason this can't be stacked on a B&W 77mm ND1.5 to get an effective variable 1.8-3.0? Will that cause any unexpected issues with artifacts or the dreaded X, etc?

A: I've shot extensively with the 95mm, 72mm, & 67mm versions. You don't get any cross-hatching, but a definite vignette in the corners toward the 5 stop range when shooting photos. Video is not an issue as it crops to 16:9. Other than than, negligible colour cast & no sharpness issues.

A: No, the B+W 40.5mm XS-Pro Digital ND Vario MRC-Nano Filter would not be compatible for use with the Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens. While the Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS Lens does use 40.5mm filters, the B+W 40.5mm XS-Pro Digital ND Vario MRC-Nano Filter would be too thick for usage in the drop-in filter holder.
