A: You wrote mark 4 but there was only the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L original and II and III versions. The III has an 82mm thread and will work with this Zeiss filer. All but the original version of this lens will work with this filter.

A: I don't think the B6 will. But the B4 (designed for filters up to 82mm) will. I've tried it and it's snug but not overly so.

Q: 4. Can I use this on my Nikon wide-angle lens 10-24mm without vignette?

A: Most likely, no. The rim on this filter being the variable midel, is much wider than a standard ND would be. You definitely need to find a fixed stop ND for a wide angle. Even with that, you may still have slight vignetting at the 10mm end.
