Only issue is that you need to turn the base on first and then put the batteries in the headsets. Otherwise, we had some garbling. Base can run everyone in conference or 2 channels, which is convenient. It's made a major difference for me since I am the Service Producer and need to talk to lights, video and the camera people throughout the service.
