This CAMVATE 5/8" Light Stand Mount attaches to light stands with a 5/8" baby pin and allows you to mount compatible gear onto the 5/8"-27 female thread on top. Featuring a 5/8" through-hole on the bottom and the side, the all-metal adapter can be mounted on a light stand vertically or horizontally. In a horizontal position, it allows you to attach your gear tilted to the side.

A: Unfortunately, no, the Avenger Light Stand (Black, 12.6') will not fit inside the Ruggard Padded Tripod / Light Stand Case (35"). The Avenger Light Stand (Black, 12.6') has a collapsed (folded) length of 42 inches, while the Ruggard Padded Tripod / Light Stand Case (35") interior length is 35 inches. The Ruggard Padded Tripod / Light Stand Case (42"), B&H #RUBP20422, would work, but it would be a snug fit. A slightly larger option such as the Acebil S-50 Case for P-20, P-30, P-40 or P-50 Tripod, B&H # ACS50, or the Manfrotto MBAG120PN Padded Tripod Bag, B&H # MAMBAG120PN, would fit your stand better and would be recommended for your usage needs.

I used this adapter (along with the On-Stage MS7701B Mic Stand) to hold the Audyssey mic when calibrating my AVR. The positioning of the mic is more accurate than using a tripod on the chairs. 5

I bought this adapter to fix a small LCD projector to a microphone stand. Both the 1/4 screw and the ball and socket give a positive connection and lock firmly making a sturdy stand for this very small projector. 5

This works great for a stable, solid gopro attachment with locking mike clamp, or my old LP percussion clamp. Con: a little heavy for some gopro applications. 5

Very sturdy adapter. I used it for a Tascam DR-40 recorder, and placed it on a short table-top mic stand. Works great, and you can adjust the ball joint so that it points the right way. 5

I use these to hold my Apogee MiCs, my Reticam mount with iPhone 6, and several digital cameras of various sizes. I also own the Roland OP-MSA1 mic stand adapter and the adapters that came with my Apogee MiCs. Compared to the Apogee and Roland adapters which are twice the price, I prefer the CM01 because its little platform with thumbscrew holds the device more securely and allows you to attach it by rotating the thumbscrew rather than the device you are mounting. Originally bought one for a friend and liked it so much I now have a couple of my own. 5

needed this to mount a GoPro and a Zoom Q2n on mic stands for a live show. Although GoPro has their own mounts, I prefer the threaded screw as it is universal, and this product is well made..better than the plastic parts GoPro has. In addition, the Q2n comes with a threaded screw hole and fit without complication. Good product.. 5

I use this to attach my Zoom H4N to the On Stage mic extension bar, which is attached to my floor mic stand. This allows me to tilt and angle the Zoom at the perfect height and angle for recording, and it's like having a full recording studio attached to a mic stand. This is a great, well made, strong item which has no problems at all holding the Zoom at any angle I want to use it. Got the usual great service and shipping from B & H also. 5
