The Galaxy Audio AS-1200 Band Pack Wireless In-Ear Monitor System with 4 Receivers and EB6 Earbuds offers musicians and performers the freedom of wireless on-stage monitoring with easy-to-use components. The tabletop transmitter (rack ears are provided for rackmounting) sends wireless audio to the bodypack receivers at a maximum distance of up to 300'.

The EB6 earbuds offer an ergonomical nozzle design for a comfortable fit and feature a wide-band dynamic driver for high-quality monitoring. Plug them into the 3.5mm jacks on the receivers, and you've got an in-ear monitoring system that reduces stage noise and helps to control feedback—giving players and performers more freedom of movement and adding extra energy and excitement to concerts and events.

The AS-1200 provides 210 user-selectable UHF frequencies to choose from to create a clear, interference-free wireless transmission channel. Intuitive controls make it easy to set the transmitter and receivers to the same channel. Easy-to-read LEDs and backlit LCD screens on the components show the left and right audio levels, channel and frequency, stereo/mono mode, and lock status. The receiver's screen also displays the remaining battery life. Two AA alkaline batteries will power each receiver for up to 5 hours.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will these accept a regular line level signal out of a console?

A: Yes, the Mini Body Pack In-Ear Monitor System is intended for use with line level signal and can accept line level signal from the output of a mixing console.

Q: 2. does the transmitter have a microphone?

A: The transmitter does NOT have a microphone. You will need to plug in a microphone.

Q: 3. Under diversity it says "Antenna Diversity, True Diversity" but it has just two antennas. So it is just true diversity when one channel is in use?

A: True diversity, as described with the Samson Concert 288 Presentation Dual-Channel Wireless Microphone System with 2 Headset Mics & 2 Lav Mics, infers that a receiver has dual antennae as well as dual internal chips to assess and choose the stronger antenna reception of an incoming signal. A dual channel receiver with independent internal diversity chips can still be considered true diversity for this reason.

Q: 4. will this system satisfy ADA requirement?

A: Yes, as a matter of fact, it was purchased as part of a public works project and a requirement to meed ADA.

Q: 5. With the provided stereo headphone jack, does this unit provide a stereo signal as well? If so, which transmitter works best?

A: The U4 transmitter is the only one that is compatible with the U4R receiver. The U4 transmitter has 1 XLR input. So you will get a dual mono signal heard in both headphones connected to the U4R receiver.

Q: 6. I'm in a setting where we run group exercise classes for Geriatric patients, would this work even though there's somemovemement?

A: The HamiltonBuhl ALS700 Assistive Listening System with Transmitter and 6 Bodypack Receivers with Earbuds (75.5 and 75.9 MHz), BH # HAALS700, should work fine as long as the earbuds remain in the users' ears.

Q: 7. Does it work with an iPhone/Oticon Companion app and Oticon hearing aids, similar to the Oticon TV transmitter?

A: The HamiltonBuhl ALS700 Assistive Listening System with Transmitter and 6 Bodypack Receivers with Earbuds (75.5 and 75.9 MHz), BH # HAALS700, will not pair or broadcast to third-party devices.

Q: 8. Can I buy 4 systems with 4 separate channels for 4 language class.

A: This system would not work for 4 channels of transmission. I would recommend the VocoPro SilentPA-Tour10 - Portable 16-Channel Wireless Listening System (Bodypack Transmitter, 10 Users), BH #VOSILNTPTR10. which allows up to 16 user selectable channels. This would give you the ability to have 4 transmitters sending out individual programs simultaneously to as many receivers as you wish.

Q: 9. Does this receiver work with Shure SLX1 518-542MHz?

A: This receiver is the P3R. Designed to operate with the PSM300 monitoring system only . If you are interested in a portable receiver to operate with the SLX transmitters, the FP series receiver is compatible when purchased in the proper frequency range.

Q: 10. Can I charge them if the charging pouch is lost?

A: There are no independent USB ports on the earbuds for the Cleer Arc True Wireless Open-Ear Earbuds (Midnight Blue), so the charging pouch would be needed to be able to charge the earbuds.
