A: If I am understanding your question, the UDH-CHOIR-4 Hybrid system should work well with your Shure mics, and will easily connect to four separate channels of your Peavey PV-20, either via XLR or 1/4 cables. The VocoPro system operates on the 900Mhz band, and I am not aware of any Shure mics operating in this frequency range. I am using these units in conjunction with several Audio-Technica units I have. A: This system is essentially two dual-channel receivers. The XLR outputs are for each of the channels. so you would need 4 xlr cables. The 1/4" outputs are the two channels combined. So, if you are short on inputs on your mixer, use the 1/4" outs, but you will have to adjust each individual mic volume on the receivers. If you have 4 mic inputs open on your board, use 4 xlr cables (one for each channel), and you will be able to adjust each mic's volume independently on your mixer.
