The K-Tek KP10VTA Mighty Boom is a 5-section boompole that extends to 10.3' and collapses down to 38.5". The KP10VTA is equipped with a KPTA Sidekick bottom attachment for using your Mighty Boom with a plug-on wireless transmitter. The KP10VTA's removable headpiece allows for cable reconfiguration without any soldering required. No need to purchase a completely new system just to comply with a simple cabling change. The top attachment is a 3/8"-16 male thread.

The locking collars feature a thick yet smooth surface allowing for a more subtle gradual extension of each section. The anodized, oval divots with exterior dimples provide a great grip and smooth feel when opening and closing each collar. The finish between the tubes allows for the sections to sleekly glide open and closed. Additionally, the Mighty Boom poles are hand-burnished to diffuse handling noise.

To allow for quick conversion when working in the field, the KP10VTA is compatible with the KPCK10V cable kit and KPCCR Bottom Module (for conversion to a coiled-cable boompole with XLR side exit). It is also compatible with the KPTF Flow-Through Module.
