This Slotted Screw Assortment from CAMVATE outfits you with a variety of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws for use with your quick release plate to mount accessories of your choice. Ten total 1/4"-20 screws and two 3/8"-16 screws are included in the bundle, and each pair varies in head diameter and total length for a wide range of compatibility. All the screws are made of nickel-plated brass and fit nicely into the plastic storage case with integrated dividers.

A: The shaft measures 3/8 . It fits perfectly in my Foba mounting plate. The fact that it has a 4mm hex key socket is particularly useful.

A: The knob is plastic.Hard plastic very sturdy.This is an excellent clamp.I use it to fasten my Black rapid strap to my L bracket.

I didn't think this was large enough to hold a full frame camera to a Black Rapid strap but it holds the camera really tight with no fear of it falling out. 5

Attach this beauty to your Black Rapid FastenR-2 or 3 (or the original ConnectR) and voila, you can easily move your strap between different sides of a L-bracket mounted camera or a lens-foot. (In other words, immediate repositioning where your stap attaches, depending on the lens and its weight and the camera and its configuration - with battery pack or not, etc.) I had considered using some blue loctite but have found my FastenR-3 is so snug against this clamp, I don't need the loctite. Anyway, well made and substantial clamp (as I have found most Kirk products to be). 5

I attached this to the end of my Black Rapid strap to allow quick release to a monopod or tripod. It is more solid that I anticipated. The lock is very secure and yet easy to release. 5

The light weight & small size makes this clamp just right for small cameras. At 47g, it is also a great choice for building up a light weight tripod or monopod system. I found it holds many brands of plates securely. YMMV 5

I use this connected to my Black Rapid Strap for carrying the 70-200 and 300 f/2.8 IS Very secure and stays out of the way Easy on / off when attaching to tripod from strap 5

Blackrapid or similar straps are not Tripod friendly. I screw the FastenR into this clamp so I can strap my L bracketed cameras easily. I also use the Kata Pro-Light C-Strap clips, cutting it down to size as an extra safety loop around the RS-7. 5
