Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. will this bracket work with sony a7iii and all sony glass 14mm, 12-24, 24-70, and 70-200 g master lenses?

A: The Benro QRB95 Quick Rotating Bracket maximum lens diameter is 94mm. The Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM Lens is wider than that so it may not work. The 70-200 g won't fit with the foot on the lens, that will have to be removed. It will also place a lot of weight on the lens mount, so I would not recommend using that lens. The other lenses you listed should work.

Q: 2. how does the monitor rotate? does it need to be unmounted to change from landscape to portrait?

A: It does rotate without taking it off, however, it doesn't lock in place without screwing on additional nuts. There are four nuts that add additional holding power but are required to be removed if you want to rotate it. You could just attach one of these nuts if you want to make the process quicker OR leave them all out but then the monitor might rotate if someone pushes on it.

Q: 3. What diameter is the shaft?

A: 10 mm

Q: 4. Do the tripod legs also extend to form a broader base?

A: No. The following unit comes with a fixed footprint.

Q: 5. will this work for Sony FX 6 ?

A: Yes, the Vocas USBP-15 MKII Adjustable Baseplate Shoulder System is compatible with the Sony FX6.

Q: 6. Does this mount lose the ability to rotate on a 200x200m vesa TV?I am trying to assemble this on one of these and the included m6x25 are not long enough to engage with the mounting bracket assembled (the included bolts part B only go to the depth of the bracket). It looks like I have to go to a hardware store. Can someone confirm if this stand allows rotating on a 200x200 mount and if it will not void my warranty if I go get my own bolts? Thanks

A: The Luxor FP3500 B&H # LUFP3500 can rotate with a 200x200mm TV. Luxor does not recommend any custom modifications on the product, they are not held liable if it does not work properly once it's been modified or if it causes damage to the TV. If the bolts do not fit, I would buy a different product or contact Luxor for technical support in the matter.

Q: 7. Can the accessory tray be removed?

A: Yes - the shelf may be removed or not installed at all. It is attached via a bolt fastener.

Q: 8. Do these ratchet?

A: Yes they do. These are spring loaded and can be pulled out and turned to a more user friendly position.

Q: 9. Is this rail useful for making macro/close-up videos? Will the footage be smooth? Thank you

A: Yes the Leofoto MP-180S Macro Focusing Rail with Rotating Arca-Type QR System (7.1") is useful for macro video and photos. The smoothness of the footage would depend on many different factors.

Q: 10. What is the weight capacity that this can handle? I want to use it for a rig over ten pounds.

A: We would say this is good for 20 lbs.

I kind of like how the frame is made of fiberglass or something...Metal can dent and bend then it's toast! construction is good and worth the money. I will be buying more.

This is my second 30-inch Photoflex umbrella. They allow for super bright, yet soft lighting using strobes. I'm far from a lighting expert, but these produce professional quality results. I have, and use, compact soft-boxes as well, but these umbrellas are infinitely easier to store, transport, and set-up.

Only 1/2 to 2/3rds stop light loss. It works quite well for getting the most out of a weak flash. I use it for fill or a hair light.

I used this Umbrella in a pair of two with Canon 580 EX flahes attached to them as slaves and the remote transmitter on my Canon 20D. I shot groups as large as six people with a wide angle and the bounce was too good to be true. This product is great for studio or location work.
