Designed to expand the capabilities of your Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS computer system, this dock boosts multitasking efficiency with support for two simultaneously connected 3840 x 2160 resolution displays or three 1080p monitors through the HDMI and dual DisplayPort outputs. Simply connect the VT2000 dock to a USB Type-C port that supports DisplayPort in Alt Mode using the included cable to get started. Other features include two USB 3.1 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports to connect peripherals such as flash drives, mice, and keyboards. SD card and microSD card readers are also available. Go into Disk Management on Windows or Disk Utility on Mac and allocate the remaining capacity.

A: The dock does not have the processing power of a computer. It copies the data sequentially bit-by-bit, which is generally slower because it copies both the data and the empty space.
