A: According to Huddlecam yes it does. There is a setting in the SimplTrack software that will make the camera track on startup.

A: This system is really meant to track a speaker giving a presentation. We are not sure how well it will work for an airplane, as it is not really what it is designed for. This may be a situation where manually pan, tilting and zooming will work better than a following system.
