A: Hey Mike, to answer your question. Yes, this will connect to an 5D Mark III. The cable you need is already included. My only advice for you is to buy an additional battery as the monitor does not come with one. You can buy the same battery that the 5D uses and that's a huge plus. Hope this helps.
