Q: 1. Does this fit a Canon 400mm f2.8?

A: Fits my Canon 100-400 II does not fit my Canon 500 f4 is

Q: 2. what is the range of diameters of lenses on which it will fit? This is a critical spec which is unfortunately not mentioned.

A: Because of the way TheLensCoat TravelHood Zoom is built, it will fit on zoom lenses from approx 67mm up to approx 150mm diameter. When using this hood on all lenses, and especially smaller zoom lenses, it can cause vignetting at the wider angles of the zoom.

Q: 3. Will this product fit a Canon R6, w/100-500 RF Lens?

A: Yes, the LensCoat RainCoat Pro (Realtree Max4 camouflage) will work with the Canon EOS R6 and the RF 100-500mm lens.

Q: 4. Is there a way to use a camera flash (shoe mounted) with the lenscoat raincoat pro? I have canon film slr - eos 3 and canon speedlite 550 ex flash. thanks

A: Hi Sanjay, in reference to you question about the raincoat pro...it does not have an opening for the hotshow, but there are ways to shot with the raincoat on.One way would be to pull the raincoat around the flash. This would leave the flash exposed and a small portion of your camera on the back side of the flash.Another way would be to turn the faincoat so that the sleave is facing up and you could slide the sleave down over the flash and use the pullstring to cinch it on the flash so that only the end of the flash is exposed. This option should give you what you are looking for while keeping your equipment dry.Hope this helps.

Q: 5. Anyone know if a Godox AD200 with FlashHead will fit in this?

A: yes will fit with the normal flash head but not with the bulb head

Q: 6. Can this rain cover be used in conjunction with a Gimbal head that is mounted on my tripod?

A: I would say yes. I use a pan and tilt head not a gimbal and the rain coat works fine. The way it attaches leaves the lens foot and plate exposed.

Q: 7. Will the raincoat work with a side mounted gimbal?

A: Yes the LensCoat RainCoat Pro can be used with a side mounted gimbal.

Q: 8. Which Lens Coast travel hood would you recommend for a nikon 180-600 lens?

A: The LensCoat TravelHood Zoom (Realtree Max4) will fit the Nikon NIKKOR Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR Lens (Nikon Z) correctly.

Q: 9. will this work with a Canon 50mm f1.4 usm lens ( its 6 inches in length with hood and my eos -3 body attached and goes upto 7.5 inches if extension tubes are also added ) or will it be too big ? thanks

A: This raincoat is just too large. After purchase of this one I would not purchase another. I chose to use two large (quart) zip lock freezer bags. They were much tighter fitting, drier to use and you had full visibility of your camera and lens. The so called raincoat is a good idea but they need to go back to the drawing board.

Q: 10. What is the difference to the Lenscoat cap that comes with the lens protection package (not rain)?

A: I don't think I understand your question but I can tell you the cover is excellent. I used it in the Oregon rain and I was so glad I had it. I would recommend to have one in your kit.
