Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Hi is the steadicam Volt mounting bracket included?

A: The SmartSystem Matrix One Chimera Bundle (V-Mount) (B&H# SMART8563) comes with the hardware to mount a Steadicam Volt directly on the top stage. It's also possible to mount it under the top stage junction box, but the bracket to mount it in that way is not included. You can see the former option in the middle of this graphic, and the latter method on the left: https://bit.ly/3TyI7IB

Q: 2. Can the dimensions of this Proaim gold head accept the BMD URSA Broadcast G2 Camera with Fujinon 8.5-170mm Digital Servo Lens?

A: The Proaim Gold Pan/Tilt Head width is 20cm (7.874 inches). The payload weight is 16lbs. The URSA Broadcast G2 is 5.9 inches wide and 9 inches tall with the handle attached. The handle can be removed to make the camera more compact when used on the head. The URSA weight is 7.83 lb. The Fujinon 8.5-170mm should be 3.26 lbs. The total payload of the camera and lens would be about 11lbs and keep you under the payload weight of 16lbs for the PTZ head.

Q: 3. Will this cable work for other applications besides the Panasonic YAGH? I'm looking for regulated 12v power from a P-Tap Vlock battery plate that runs to a camera 4 pin XLR power input. The camera runs well on 12v power. Thanks

A: Yes this can be used on many products that use standard 4 pin XLR input regulated at 12v

Q: 4. What's the difference from the Extreme and the Pro version?

A: The monitor LCD holder is on separate rods on the Matrix Sled Extreme making it more stable. You also get some more adjustment options as to where you want to place the monitor.

Q: 5. I have a wireless receiver that needs DC7V to operate (Sony WRR 855). Can I use Battery bud to power it?

A: The Battery Bud is only a distributor of a power source connected to it. The WRR-855 by itself has a specific din connection, meant for dropping into a camcorder receiver slot. To attempt use of the WRR-855 as a standalone receiver, you'd first need the Sony BTA-801. This will provide a 12V 4 pin connection and a separate audio out. Next, you would need a properly wired audio cable to send power to the correct pins from the Bud to the BTA-801. Then, you would need a 12V lithium battery with battery cup to attach to the Bud.

Q: 6. will this work with Nikon sb 600?

A: This device is designed to work with Godox units that have a USB port for sync. It will not work on a SB600.

Q: 7. Does this unit control other BlueBolt units on the network?

A: Not directly, you need to have BlueBOLT-CV1 and RS-232C cards.

Q: 8. Does this work with the the godox X2T ?

A: The Godox XTR16 Wireless Power-Control Flash Trigger Receiver (B&H# GOXTR16) is a Godox X radio system receiver that can be added to many Godox strobes (and to some Godox flashes) to allow them to receive a wireless signal to fire (and also to control flash power) from Godox X radio transmitters. It will not support HSS or TTL. One example of such X series radio transmitters is the popular Godox X2T 2.4 GHz TTL Wireless Flash Trigger, yes, for. . . . . . Canon (B&H# GOX2TC): https://bhpho.to/3c4ytc5 . . . Nikon (B&H# GOX2TN): https://bhpho.to/3odlieI . . . and Sony (B&H# GOX2TS): https://bhpho.to/3n89Odf

Q: 9. what exact camera model would this work on?

A: This is meant for use with Canon EOS C Cameras, This would include the C100, C300 and C500. It might possibly include the 1D C.

Super bright and compact. I wish it had a pocket clip. Other than that it is great. Fits well in any pant pocket.

I recently received the XP9R flashlight, and already it is one of my favorite lights. First off, it is a medium size light, but it has a rugged feel. I like the weight, and it gives the impression that it will last a long time. The lanyard attachment stops the light from rolling off surfaces - simple, but effective. And I like the fact that the rechargeable Zithion-X battery accepts a USB-C charger cord - no fumbling trying to plug the cord in, and no separate charger necessary. Additionally, the slide focus is simple to operate, and will lock in any position.
The only thing that I can think of that would improve this light is a battery indicator light, showing how much charge remains. But I have no idea what kind of space and cost that feature would require.
Overall it is a great light, and I will be using it for years to come.

You will always know where your camera body is! Just place an AirTag inside this cap. Caution: you have to push a button on camera to remove the cap, as you do for lenses.

This body cap is one of the best. It's light weight and is not distracting. Does a great job protecting the sensor on my Sony E mount cameras.

Compact enough for an EDC, but packs the punch of a larger light. Smooth design, easy to carry, and the one-handed beam focusing is awesome.

Great flashlight. Strong and compact. The USB charge makes it easy to keep power up. Have used about 3 hours and not a problem still on original charge. I use it in the basement and on morning walk s with the dog.
