I received a nice Nikkormat EL with a lithium battery installed, but was concerned that the meter was inaccurate and the battery check did not light. After doing a little research I found that this 544 Alkaline battery was one of the two types of batteries that this camera was designed for. B&H had it readily available, so I took a chance and found that everything works correctly now. The meter is well within range of my handheld Sekonic, the battery check now works, and all is good. So if you own an older camera that needs 6 Volt power, this may very well make your camera work like new. 5

Not much to say about this - it's just a battery. But it happens to be exactly the correct battery for my Nikkormat EL (the original one with the old-style meter coupling.) It works great! 5
