Our readers are USB 3.1 Gen 2 and when plugged into a USB 3.1 Gen 2 host you can download at 1.25GB/s so you can download from both cards simultaneously at full speed. For example with our CFast/SD reader the CFast will transfer at 550MB/s and the SD V90 card will transfer at 250MB/s and both of those can transfer at the same time. USB 3.2 Gen 1 enables SD and MicroSD cards to have a much higher read speed when downloading images. My Sandisk Extreme gets 170mb/s sustained read speed. 5

I own many of the older card readers in various formats, but I liked that this one was made specifically for a dual SDXC UHS-II with a high speed interface. As long as you're connected to the correct type of port with a matching cable the speed of this thing is right on the money. I've used it with the v60 130MBps Read and 250MBps Write and they were read so fast that I barely had to wait any time at all. I don't rely on speed tests because I prefer real world usage; plus I don't like putting the wear and tear on the cards just to test the results. 5

Small and solidly built. Reads UHS-I and II cards. I've only used a couple of times but it worked just like I needed. My only complaint is the attached cord. Out of the box it was so stiff I couldn't get the reader to lay flat. The cord seems to be relaxing over time. Based on my limited use, I'd buy again. 5

I have an EOS R6 camera with dual card slots so I am constantly downloading my photos. The pro-Grade Dual-Slot reader works great, is fast nd when the download is finished shut off automatically. I fully recommend it. 5
