A: I bought the small Raincoat for a mirrorless interchangeable lens camera, so even though I used the Raincoat with my long zoom lens, my whole set-up is much smaller than yours. Therefore, I have no idea which size Raincoat you should get, but when I bought mine, I called and spoke to a B&H employee to ascertain the correct size to get. I had measured my set-up, from the back of my camera to the tip of my lens w/ hood. With that info he was able to give me pretty accurate advice. Hope this helps. It's a good product.

A: Unfortunately we cannot measure or test this combination as the Canon 500mm F4 ll lens hood is a Special Order item, and LensCoat does not provide any dimensions for the travel hood. We would recommend you contact LensCoat for recommendations based upon the equipment.

A: I believe so. It is quite large, intended for large telephoto lenses.it would not be suitable for my 70-200 2.8.
