Q: 1. What Thunderbolt 4 controller does this card have?

A: The manufacturer hasn't specified the Thunderbolt 4 controller used in the HP Dual TBT4 PCIe x4 Low-Profile Card.

Q: 2. Can anyone tell me the diameter for un-threaded shaft section? I need to find an e-clip or circlip to fit this screw.

A: The diameter of the unthreaded shank extending from the head is 0.180 inches.

Q: 3. Hi! I would be deeply grateful if anyone knew if this screw could be used with the Manfrotto 504PLONG plate and not interfere? I notice there is this version, and one that is shorter, but I don't want my cameras hanging on by a single thread...

A: Hi, I bought this D-ring about six months ago thinking I would be able to switch between plates and move my camera from my tripod to my gimbal quickly. Unfortunately the head on this D-ring was to thick and wouldn't give me enough clearance between the plate and the tripod head. This was just my experience with this product. Maybe you'll have better luck. I was also using the 504 long.

Q: 4. Hi All, Can anyone help me. I was wondering if anyone has used this with the MeFOTO PMU50 Quick-Release Plate? Will it work?

A: I bought these because the plates i bought didnt have the fold out ring to grasp to undo. These u dont need a penny to tighten or undo. For me its a no brainer. Extra cost but to me worth it.

Q: 5. Is this compatible with SmallHD's proprietary locating pins?

A: Yes, the Wooden Camera Universal Ultra Arm Ball (Combo 1/4-20 & 3/8-16) would be compatible with SmallHD locating pins.

Q: 6. Can you tell me please, what is the Picatinny/Nota Arca Swiss Adapter Clamp with Screw-Knob?

A: Picatinny rails are a type of standardized mounting platform that are widely used in the firearms industry to attach different accessories. Nota rail has the same dimensions. Sunwayfoto IB-30S Low Profile Inverted Ball Head comes with a Picatinny/Nota Arca Swiss Adapter Clamp with Screw-Knob which is used to tighten the clamp.

Q: 7. I have a MEFoto tripod which uses an INDURO PU 50 Swiss Arca plate. Can I remove the current screw and replace with this D screw without damage to the plate or the camera?

A: I have done that with two plates. Works great. Screw easily removed and new one easily installed. Beats the heck out of that flat head screw. Mefoto should have used the D screw to begin with.

Q: 8. Do they make these things with threads the whole way up? I just bought a revo skate dolly that has a very similar camera screw, but I can't put a fluid head on it because the whole thing just spins.

A: I am sorry - I have not been able to locate a similar part with continuous threading all the way up to the knob.

Q: 9. Will this screw fit the sliding plate for a Libec H70 head? I need to attach a Panasonic P2 HD AG-HPX170P to it. The Panasonic manual says the P2 requires a 1/4-20 UNC screw. The mounting hole is 5.5 mm deep.

A: For the Libec H70 Fluid Head we recommend the Miller 1/4"-20 Screw for Miller Quick Release Plates BH #MI036 • MFR #036.

Q: 10. This works on 501 PL plate?

A: Is the D-ring strong enough to attach on to a strap and not break?
